Victoria Kriz, BS, Mental Health Practitioner (she/her)
APPROACH
Victoria enjoys helping clients uncover the root causes of their struggles so they can experience lasting healing and growth. She walks alongside individuals, couples, and families as they identify patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving them and develop healthier, more life-giving ways of thinking and relating. She believes lasting transformation comes through small, consistent actions that, over time, create meaningful and sustainable change. Victoria approaches therapy with genuine compassion, warmth, and care, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged to heal.
CLINICAL INTERESTS
Victoria provides therapy for couples, families, adults, and adolescents (12+). She is passionate about helping clients navigate life's many seasons and transitions, including strengthening relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, creating greater balance, recovering from burnout, and breaking patterns that no longer support their well-being. She especially enjoys working with couples and families to foster healthier communication, deeper connection, and lasting relational growth.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Victoria is a third-year master’s student in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Bethel Seminary. Marriage and Family Therapy is her second career, following 26 years as a hairstylist and owner of her own private salon, where she developed deep, trusting relationships with clients and walked alongside them through many of life’s challenges and transitions. In addition to her professional experience, Victoria has served as a Stephen Minister and has led women’s Bible studies for more than 18 years, supporting women through the various seasons of marriage, parenting, faith, and personal growth. These experiences have shaped her and fueled her compassionate, relational approach while deepening her passion for helping others find hope, healing, and lasting change.
PERSONAL
Victoria recharges by taking long walks (the hotter the weather, the better!), spending quality time with her husband and kids, attending Bible studies, and curling up with a good book and a cup of green tea.
