APPROACH
Sierra primarily works from a person-centered approach, prioritizing a trusting, supportive, and collaborative relationship. She views mental health as dynamic and flexible, trusting in the real possibility for change, growth, and healing. Drawing from her background as a yoga teacher and massage therapist, her practice is informed by mind-body principles to support an embodied and integrated healing process.
