APPROACH
Paige combines evidence-based techniques with a person-centered, transparent approach to create a therapeutic space rooted in trust, authenticity, and compassion. She believes therapy is a collaborative journey where clients are the experts of their own lives. Paige draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices to help clients develop tools for managing their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. With a background in forensic psychology, she offers unique insights into relational dynamics, particularly in addressing intimacy, stress, and shame, while fostering an empowering, nonjudgmental environment for growth. Whether addressing everyday coping skills or deeper emotional work, Paige tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs to ensure a meaningful and effective experience. She believes humor and vulnerability are powerful tools that allow clients to feel at ease, express themselves fully, and approach their goals with confidence.
