
Jessica Schiller, MA, LADC, Mental Health Practitioner (she/her)
Jessica is a family-systems trained mental health practitioner with a background in treating addiction
and trauma since 2007. She specializes in working with individuals 16+ and couples.
APPROACH
Jessica has a compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative approach. She recognizes the worth and
resilience of her clients from all backgrounds and supports their ability to connect more fully with these
strengths. Jessica draws from attachment and somatic based approaches, Internal Family Systems,
Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, family systems, and experiential therapies.
CLINICAL INTERESTS
Jessica loves working with individuals 16+ and couples who are seeking healing from addiction
(personal or impacts from others'), trauma, and factors that may be impacting their quality of life and
relationships. Conflict and disconnection in relationships, anxiety, shame, self-worth, and struggles with
the pressures of life are also special areas of interest for Jessica.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Jessica has been a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor since 2007 and is a board approved LADC
supervisor. She has specialized training in Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy. Jessica completed her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary's
University of Minnesota. She is pre-licensed and is practicing under the supervision of Donny Hobbs, MA
LMFT,
PERSONAL
Jessica is a lover of life and enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, gardening, checking
out live music and theater, and experiencing all that is great about the Twin Cities and beyond.
