CLINICAL INTERESTS
Jessica loves working with individuals 17+ and couples who are seeking healing from addiction (personal or impacts from others'), trauma, and factors that may be impacting their quality of life and relationships. Conflict and disconnection in relationships, anxiety, shame, self-worth, and struggles with the pressures of life are also special areas of interest for Jessica.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Jessica completed her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Jessica is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and has been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2007 and is a board approved LADC supervisor. She has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She is a certified Brainspotting practitioner.
