
Jenna Hobbs, PsyD, LP, Clinical Director (she/her)
Dr. Hobbs is a clinical psychologist who has been in private group practice since 2011. She works with adolescents and adults as a collaborative, supportive partner to improve mental health and overall well-being.
APPROACH
Dr. Hobbs’ therapeutic approaches integrate cognitive, behavioral, and insight-focused strategies. Her warm and personal style helps clients work through ingrained and unhealthy patterns that keep them stuck in emotional distress and unfulfilling relationships. She adopts a mindful and holistic perspective, and emphasizes integrating mind, body, and spirit in healing.
CLINICAL INTERESTS
Her training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy informs her work when addressing trauma and difficult early life experiences. She works collaboratively with her clients to address many presenting issues in addition to welcoming concerns about the interaction between physical and mental health. She is trained in clinical hypnosis, and enjoys working creatively to find effective solutions to inspire lasting change.
PERSONAL
She enjoys adventures with her family and two rascally dogs, Dorothy and Razzie. She is excited to be working together with her family to build a supportive clinic community where people can come to focus on all aspects of their health and wellness.
