Heather loves working with people to help facilitate the change they are looking to see in their lives and she recognizes that life as a human can be challenging. We all need help with different things at different times, and whether you have a lot of experience with therapy or this is your first time reaching out, Heather acknowledges that therapy can be hard and scary. She wants you to know that she is dedicated to providing a safe space for you to get to those vulnerable places with support.

Heather is a skilled diagnostician and specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, gender exploration, sexuality issues, transgender issues, identity, LGBTQI, men’s issues, SPMI (serious and persistent mental illness), personality disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder.

In her free time, she likes to support herself and her practice by crafting, gardening, spending time with her cats, and going thrifting.
