Erin Barnes, Registered Dietitian

Erin is an Integrative and Functional nutrition specialist and traditional food enthusiast whose goal is to help her clients achieve vitality through a holistic, personalized approach to health and healing. Erin works with clients ages 18+.

With a bachelor's degree in both Dietetics and Psychology and 11+ years practicing as a Registered Dietitian in the field of eating disorders, Erin has learned that how you think about what you are eating is often as important as what you are eating. She aims to provide a non-judgmental space to explore the root causes of your issues and excels in meeting individuals wherever they are at on the wellness spectrum. Clients who work with Erin know that healthful eating is not perfect eating and that there is no one path to wellness.

APPROACH

Through her work with hundreds of clients and through navigating her own health and healing journey, Erin has learned to embody a simple, approachable, non-diet, food-first philosophy. Once health goals are developed, Erin integrates a variety of individualized nutrition therapies (whole foods/traditional foods, therapeutic diets, prescriptive eating, tailored supplements, mind-body work) and focuses on letting your body be the guide through the healing process.
