APPROACH
Caleb offers a calm, grounded space where you can bring your full self. He works from a strengths-based, person-centered lens, meaning we start with what’s already working well in your life and build from there. Caleb values working together to create the space that is going to be helpful for you. He enjoys integrating a variety of approaches that best fit the needs of who he is working with. Drawing from internal family systems, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, solutions-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), he tailors his approach to incorporate a variety of approaches.
CLINICAL INTERESTS
Caleb’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, adolescence, couple and family dynamics, trauma, spirituality, communication, and identity exploration. Caleb is trained in EMDR and narrative exposure therapy.
