Sarah believes that the foundation of effective therapy is a mutually trusting relationship and works to create a safe environment for clients to experiment with more effective coping skills, mindfulness and empathy towards oneself and others. Those who work with Sarah can expect a warm and engaging presence, as well as a healthy dose of irreverence and humor. When working with clients, Sarah’s approach is integrative and includes elements of DBT, CBT, mindfulness, parts work and somatic approaches.
