Elliot Rose, MS, LPCC (they/she)

Elliot is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adults, approaching mental health from a holistic, trauma-informed standpoint, while honoring the transformative power of an authentic, consensual, and egalitarian therapeutic relationship.

Elliot infuses their client interactions with compassion, empathy, and humor, while gently and supportively challenging clients to work towards their goals. Elliot loves to integrate their passion for yoga, mindfulness, holistic wellness, and creativity into their therapy practice, helping clients find a variety of tools to help them work through their presenting concerns while identifying unique, individualized pathways towards health and wholeness.

They work with young adults and adults, specializing in anxiety, stress management, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, sexuality/gender identity, and existential concerns. They have a particular fondness for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. It is their greatest hope to help clients identify and utilize their strengths to work on areas for growth, allowing them to recognize and move in the direction of their best selves. Elliot’s therapeutic approach draws from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), DBT-based skills, and exploring how our relational attachments shape the way we show up with ourselves and others.

Elliot received their Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University in 2019. They have a diverse educational background, including a graduate certificate in Holistic Health Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Design, and have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training.

In their free time they like to read, practice yoga, run, study fashion, and obsess over cute animals.
