Colette DeHarpporte, MA, Certified Mindfulness Instructor, RYT200

Colette, a Certified MBSR Instructor and 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, leads Mindfulness Based classes and workshops, Yoga Nidra and 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching.


Colette has over 20 years of Mindfulness practice and was inspired to pursue training as an MBSR instructor following her own life-threatening illness. She brings a depth of understanding and compassion to supporting others as they develop, sustain and apply a mindfulness practice. Trained in Public Health, she brings a holistic, healing lens to guiding others towards unlocking their innate capacity for health and healing at the level of mind and body through practicing mindfulness.


Colette holds a BS in Public Health from the University of Southern California, LA and an MA in Organizational Management from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. She is certified as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness and has trained in Trauma Aware, Resilience Oriented Practice as well as Mindfulness Interventions for Pain Management and adapting Mindfulness Practice for people who identify as Neurodiverse.
In addition to teaching at Minnesota Clinic for Health and Wellness, Colette has been leading 8-week Mindfulness groups with men in the Men’s Sexual Offenders Program, both inside the perimeter and in Community Preparation Services since 2021.
