Aidan Culloton, BA, Mental Health Practitioner (he/him)
Presence. That’s the word that comes to mind when Aidan thinks about his approach to therapy. He believes that being authentically present and meeting you where you are, on your journey, can be very healing. Aidan believes that therapy can be a challenging but rewarding step as you move towards healing together. Aidan works with couples, families, children, adolescents, and young adults through a systemic lens.
Aidan would be honored to create a safe space where the both of you can collaborate and take on this journey together. He is a very calm, passionate and systemic advocate for de-stigmatizing mental health and looking at therapy with a holistic, person centered and trauma-informed approach to healing.
Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Aidan also helps individuals incorporate their unique Faith journeys and perspectives into the therapy process when desired.

Aidan received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a minor in Theology from Saint John’s University. Currently, he is a graduate candidate for the Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University in MN. He is also a certified phase one Brainspotting practitioner. He has experience working with adolescents, young adults, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and in in-patient mental health settings.
Outside of the therapy space, Aidan enjoys staying active by swimming, skiing, and playing frisbee. He also absolutely loves being by, in, or on the water on a nice day!
