Taking Sleep Back

A 6-week course designed to empower you to overcome insomnia by understanding your body’s sleep needs, reducing frustration, and gaining lifelong insomnia management skills.
This is a behavioral, skills-based group. Each week we will track sleep via Insomnia Coach (a phone-based app), discuss the sleep-promoting topic for the week, & collaborate on goals for the week. You will also have access to a phone check-in during the week to troubleshoot concerns.



This group will meet every Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Dates: 7/31/24 to 9/4/24


Virtual via Zoom


$300 (includes phone coaching access) - Inquire about scholarship opportunities if cost is prohibitive.
