iRest Yoga Nidra
These workshops are a great resource for folks who struggle with insomnia or difficulties sleeping due to anxiety. iRest Yoga Nidra is a research-supported intervention taught by one of our psychologists, and although it does have “yoga” in the name, it requires little to no movement. Come dressed in comfortable clothes and you can look forward to a relaxing two hour workshop.
